Fagin is the bad bird of an otherwise idyllic forest. He assaults the nest of two wrens and destroys all their eggs except one that, when hatched, is adopted by an owl. A counter-offensive against Fagin is launched with help enlisted from a seagull named Armstrong, two nice mice and a sparrow. There is romance, too, and a jazzy score goes with this animated ornithology extravaganza.

And because she sees only photographs of beautiful fashion models and watches them on television - seeing how perfect they are and always hearing that the world needs only successful and attractive people - she begins to have an inferiority complex. This comes at an age when Marushka starts liking boys for more than just their minds. So she decides that she must become one of those beauties from a magazine. After all, she has an excellent role model in her best friend. What does it matter that she's already sliding down into hard anorexia and another friend has already been hospitalized with this diagnosis... The first round is waiting for Marushka: bulimia.

The Shaolin Tagou Kung Fu school located next to the Shaolin Temple Monastery, the birthplace of kung fu, is home to over 20,000 students. In a breathtaking display of skill and precision, the entire student body practices their discipline en masse and in perfect unison, captured beautifully by Inigo Westmeier's camera. Dragon Girls follows three young female students living far away from their homes and families. They sacrifice the luxuries of childhood, like days off, playtime and seeing their parents, for the honor, success, respect and awe they will gain from their training. The physical and mental exhaustion and constant drive for perfection weigh heavily on the young warriors in training, yet it's hoped that by graduation they will have learned how to fly and the gain will have been worth the struggle.

Film based on the life of author Hans Christian Andersen and three of his stories - The Shadow, The Story of a Mother and The Ugly Duckling - goes through the great storyteller's life from beginning to end: the hardships, including his learning to cope with fear; the guiding light of a loving mother; the thwarted early ambition of becoming a ballet dancer; the inevitable unrequited love, the sexual dreaming; and the rewards and temptations of fame and travel. In short, the stuff and substance of Andersen's entire life and literary oeuvre.

It's Friday night in Asunción and the temperature is 40?C. Víctor, a 17-year-old pushcart porter, dreams of becoming famous and really wants a cell phone. Fearing for the security of his job, Victor realizes that he needs to work harder to make money. He is offered the chance to deliver seven boxes with unknown contents in exchange for $100. This sounds like an easy job but it soon gets complicated. Something in the boxes is highly coveted. Víctor and his persecutors find themselves caught up in a crime they know nothing about.
