Synopsis: This animated musical takes place in an ordinary house where, in addition to its human inhabitants, lives a family of mice. The three siblings Ferda, Pupik and Mašle leave their little mouse hole through secret passages in the wall on adventures through the whole big house. In the end, they are always saved from various accidents and dangers by Grandpa Fousek, though his grandchildren don't know it.

Dagmar Doubková, Jan Tománek: Dagmar Doubková (1948) is a Czech visual artist, animator, screenwriter and director. She graduated in puppetry and stage design from VŠUP. She's collaborated on the making of many televised bed-time stories and children's series. Independently she has directed, e.g., the short animated fairytales and series Queen Scooter I (Královna Koloběžka první, 1981), The Tinderbox (Křesadlo, 1985), Bear 09 (Medvěd 09, 1989) and The Balabáneks (Balabánci, 1993). She also does book illustrations. Together with her husband Jan Sarkandr Tománek (1947), an animator and illustrator, she later established the AAA animation studio, where she shot the TV series Adventure under the Willows (Dobrodružství pod vrbami, 1999), Hajadla (2006) and A Mouse in the House (To si piš, je to myš, 2011). Jan Tománek (1947) studied at the Department of Painting Poster Design and Design at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. He works in animated film, as a painter, illustrator and poster design.
