Synopsis: Sixteen-year-old Adam discovers an old photograph of his pregnant mother, seeming to be very happy with an unknown man. He begins to doubt his family and sets off to find his supposed real father. He experiences his first love, true friendship and finally unveils a secret from the past.

Maciej Adamek: Maciej Adamek (1968) is a Polish screenwriter and director. He graduated in literature from Gdansk University and directing from the film school in Lodz. He primarily works in short documentary productions - from his works we'll mention Life to Live (Zycie przed toba, 2003), I'm with You (Jestem, 2004), Competition (Konkurs, 2004) and In the Way (W drodze, 2005). His first feature-length film is the drama The Photograph (Zdjecie, 2012).
